Two days gone, no progress/feedback
I put in my first task two days ago. It's still "pending". After one day of waiting I wrote to support.gettingthingsdone.com and have not gotten any response now 24 hours after that. I wonder if there is actually anyone there....

Inappropriate?Three days after my last post. I did get an email response from Jed, the co-founder who asked me what task I was waiting on and promised get someone one the task right away. Two days after that and no further contact or follow-up, my task is still "pending" and I've written to ask for my money back.
I can't say I'm anything but completely dissapointed with the havingthingsdone.com. The last thing I need is an unreliable personal outsourcing service. I'm already unreliable; I can do that myself!
