Allowing public/client issues to create an issue
I wanted to know if we can use Fixx as a sort of ticketing system. By allowing public or client level users to post an issue that we can repond to. I couldn't find any detail about this on the website or in the admin control panel for Fixx.

Inappropriate?Hi Adam,
fixx can, and is designed to be used as an open ticketing system. Many of our clients use it this way.
When fixx is in public mode, users can register to create issues. When fixx is in private mode, clients can create issues too.
The best way to test this is to create a client account, assign them to a project and login with that account. Alternatively, you could make the system public (from General Settings) and register and login as a public user.
Word of warning that to have publicly registered user accounts, you need a commercial fixx license (or if you are an open source project, get in touch for a free license).
