Inappropriate?An import from Unfuddle has been implemented in 1.9 which allows you to import projects, people, tickets and comments from Unfuddle.
Obviously, this is a first version based on test-data that we have created but any feedback from real-world data based import is appreciated.

As for the time management, we're really looking for a way to attach estimates of time and actual time needed for tickets along of course with some way to aggregate and report that.

fixx already allows you to estimate time currently but it has weak co-relation to actual time spent and the intelligent reporting is a bit weak.
We do have some good time reports to report on the time spent on issues in a project.
