l10n-ressourceBundle
The index-description in the images on the dashboard is unfortunatly hard-coded and does not use the l10n-ressourceBundle. It seems this is also true for the "All issues"-term in "Your filters" also at the dashboard - all other ("open issues" etc.) are in the rb. Maybe a typo?

Inappropriate?Your right Marc. There are a lot of "hard-coded" strings inside fixx which means it isn't 100% l10n compatible. We are working on moving all these strings to the resource bundle in 2.0.

Inappropriate?A lot of the l10n issues should have been sorted in 1.9 with the new German and Spanish locales being implemented. Please feel free to report individual issues to our support site.
