Various minor issues

Just some minor things I've noticed:

* The issue status needs a space between 'Status' and the status. Currently it shows as 'StatusOpen' or 'ResolutionFixed'.

* 'Affected Version' should come under the 'Edit' link on the right hand side and not under the 'Change Estimates' link as the affected version is not an estimate but a property.

* When creating a new issue, the 'Fix for version' field (under 'Add more detail') should list the versions by their release date, with versions that have no release date listed at the bottom. Currently they seem to be listed in the order that you created the versions (therefore listed by the ID in the database).
