Will you offer import from Trac?
I know there are loads of bug trackers but am wondering whether you have import of tickets and milestones from Trac on your timetable.

The short answer is yes. We have a whole list of ideal systems to import from (open source systems), and Trac is definitely a priority for us.
The "when exactly" will depend on customer demand for this.

Inappropriate?Sorry about this Pip, but we have had to move this to 2.0 as it appears that we will have to look at potentially supporting multiple database backends for importing from Trac.
At this time, the testing and development effort cannot be justified given the demand, but we definitely have this on our roadmap.
