better groups selection in email and SMS posting
I think that in email posting, using a subject easy to remember for selecting the groups will be a better idea.
So we can use 'f' for friends and 'c' for colleague (or 'w' as work) instead of 1 for default, 2 for friends and 3 for colleagues.
Is possible to use this selection in SMS posting too?
Something like

Something like
and
898 f is going to cinema
898 c is starting his new project at A.C.M.E. Corp.

Inappropriate?hi nolith,
i'm considering your idea.
i'm thinking also to offer a single social selection
like @fb to update only facebook or @tw to update only twitter
I’m confident

this is one of the best points

Inappropriate?Where are we with this idea? Are there any shortcodes yet?

Inappropriate?Hi Thinkstorm,
You can use the new tag system. Prepending the text of the body of the email or the sms with the #TAG. I can send you a link to the wiki page explaining tags shortly.
About the short code, there is an ad-supported 3rd party app called UDEFN (http://www.udefn.com/Mob/) integrated with HelloTxt now, and we are working out other options for our users internally. -
Inappropriate?Hi, here a quick feedback:
1/ The tags work *great* I love them.
2/ Tags are SPACE separated - it took me a while to see the hints on the right and figure out that SPACE is the way to go, not KOMMA
3/ UDEFN is really fun and works great. -
Inappropriate? Thanks for your testing and feedback Thinkstorm!
