I've just uploaded the latest version of Harmony (1.0.2) to the Mozilla servers and it's available now.
What's new?
This update contains the fixes from 1.0.1 (the version I uploaded to my server yesterday, which is now obsolete).
This update also removes the "lookup artist" feature, which I don't think many people used. Also, the track information has been combined with the artist information, so it should take up less screen real estate.
Works with Firefox versions up to 3.1 Beta 2.
How do I get it?
The add-on is on Mozilla's servers, so your Firefox should automatically update the add-on. If not, click on the "Tools" menu in Firefox, then click on "Add-ons," then click on the "Find Updates" button.
Let me know if it solves your problem.

Inappropriate? You have typed in your password wrong, most likely.
There is no notification for wrong passwords, try doing it again. -
Inappropriate?Sorry for the late reply, I didn't get a notification e-mail from Get Satisfaction that this problem had been posted. I got one today for another problem and that's how I noticed this one.
I too am getting the problem where it doesn't load the artist and track information (just keeps saying loading). Last.fm may have changed something on their end. I'll look into that today.
As far as scrobbling goes, try this: go to the Harmony preferences* and check the "show scrobbling notifications" checkbox. Restart Firefox and play a song. Does a notification window appear showing the currently playing song? After the song is over, does another notification window appear saying that the track has been submitted? If so, then it's most likely a problem on Last.fm's side. However, if neither notifications appear, then it's a problem on Harmony's side and I'll fix it. Or, it could be as kory.kirk (above) said, and you just entered the password incorrectly. Let me know how it goes.
* How to get to Harmony's preferences
In Firefox, click on the "tools" menu then click on the "add-ons" menu item (third from the top). A new window will appear with a list of the add-ons installed on your computer, click on "harmony" in that list. The selection should expand a bit showing a short description for Harmony along with three buttons, click on the "options" button. -
Inappropriate?Alright, as I mentioned in my post earlier today, I looked into the problem where artist and track information did not load. The problem is on Last.fm's side (they changed their output slightly). I've posted a message on their forum asking for advice on how to proceed, but in the meantime, I've made a small change to sidestep the problem. You can download an updated version of Harmony here: http://www.hirahim.com/harmony_1.0.1.xpi.
To install it, right click on the link and click "save as." Save the file to your desktop, start Firefox, go to File->Open File, select the downloaded file, click "open."
Let me know if this solves your problem. If so, I'll go ahead and upload it to Mozilla's server so that it can automatically be distributed to everyone.

Inappropriate?Using FF 3.0.5 on Vista with Harmony 1.0.2 it doesn't seem to work.
I tried disabling FoxyTunes, doesn't seem to matter.
I keep Pandora open in a tab of it's own. -
Inappropriate?Boourns :(
Do the scrobbling notifications appear?
