I am 99 years old and I need my sleep sofa

What is the solution? My sleep sofa frame and mattress are larger than a Queen and a bit smaller than a King -- custom work 35 years ago. I bent the frame trying to make a 4" replacement mattress fit. I now have a 3" mattress on the frame which slides forward thus lowering that end of the bed sloping it downward. Can the frame be repaired? By whom? If it needs to be replaced, can one be made? How does it get installed? I live in Washington, DC.
