Refund never received.
I placed an order on October 30, 2008 for:
Item Name: BFP- QUEEN or KING SIZE AK
Item Number: AK-QK, with shipping
Quantity: 1
Total: $33.95 USD
I called and cancelled the order on October 31, 2008 because the frame I was using was too high for the headboard and footboard. Don't need the footboard brackets if the frame won't work.
They said they would credit my credit card - As of Nov 26, 2008, it hasn't been credited and is still showing up on my card. I never received the item so I know I cancelled it before it was sent.
How can I get this taken care of?
