Can I edit users after they are created?
I created a new user and set it to mail the password to the email address I used. That person never got the email and now I'm unable to do anything with that user but delete it.

Currently admins aren't able to edit user information, unfortunately. This is something we'll be adding.
For now, if the email address for that user is incorrect, it's best to delete him and try again with another email address.
If the email address was correct, and you think there may have been a problem with the email reaching the user (e.g. getting caught in a spam filter), you can have the welcome email sent you yourself by choosing "Send Password to Me" when you create the user.
