Problems with Opera (Hootsuite and owly)

Hello. On the Web Hootsuite, the buttons do not display correctly. When you leave the mouse on a tweet, the options are displaced to the right and the last button can not be viewed correctly.

And ow.ly can not shorten addresses, I press 'shrink', but nothing happens, only works with Firefox.
