Hi Dan,

If you update your Twitter profile image, you need to tell HootSuite to refresh its image from Twitter.

Click on "Settings" and then click on "Manage Profiles." You should see a "Sync Avatars with Twitter" button on this page.

I have the same problem. I haven't changed my picture on twitter but I can't see my pic on hootsuit links. I've tried to sync as you said, even though it shouldn't have been necessary, but still doesn't work.
Remove Inappropriate?
Delete or Edit

Twitter was having issues with the profile pics on their end this week. I'd imagine there's not much HootSuite can do if Twitter isn't serving them up properly.
