Auto-scrolling should freeze when scroll shuttle is not in uppermost position
Very often I'll follow a link out of HS. When I'm done I come back, to find that I've lost the original tweet somewhere in the stack. This could be solved by freezing the stack when the shuttle is not at the topmost position, so the user could manually continue looking through tweets.

Inappropriate? One thing you can do is set the tab to manual refresh until you've caught up with the tweets.
This is something we'll consider though.
THanks,
Moni

Inappropriate? Thanks, Moni. I had considered the manual setting, but I think it becomes a bit tedious.
For a quick look at how this works, consider the mIRC chat client. As soon as the shuttles leaves its rest stop, the autofeed stops. It's quite necessary in order to catch up on older text.
