Some People Not Showing Up.
I find some people dont show up in groups. @DJ_ET on my account wont show up in my friends feed. He shows up in my mentions. I click his pic, add to group link, friends. But never shows any tweets from him. Not sure if it happens to a ton of people, but noticed that.

Is this person showing up if you go to search.twitter.com and do a search for "from:username" ?
We've found that some users' tweets don't show up in the public timeline because Twitter seems to be blocking them in some way.
Our Group columns pull data from Twitter's search API (which uses their public timeline). -

from:DJ_ET
at search.twitter.com, and yield no search results, which means it's likely that Twitter search is excluding DJ_ET's tweets. We've seen this issue before, and you need to ask DJ_ET contact Twitter to include them into their search results

Inappropriate?This problem seems to be occurring when a friend has protected their tweets. Does Twitter search normal include protected tweets or exclude them? If the latter, will them asking Twitter to include them in the Twitter search results actually achieve anything?

That's correct -- we build groups using the public timeline, and users who protect their tweets don't show up in the public timeline.
FYI, Twitter is working on a new "lists" feature that will probably replace our current Group implementation, and will hopefully resolve issues like this.
