I posted this URL (http://➡.ws/蚨) and it comes through fine on Twitter.com. but within the HootSuite interface only part of the domain is clickable.

We'll take a look at supporting those at some point in the future. We've got a lot of other cool features we're working on at the moment, but thanks for the idea.
