AfterParty

I thought this was a good idea, but it has turned into a joke. I have more important things to do then post thousands and thousands of pictures that do not pertain to this party. HOUSEPARTY you are failing South Beach on this one. If they only knew...... maybe they need to be told about this....

Okay, this is just not working the way it should. The plan was not well thought out from the begining. Even my guests are starting to moan about this whole after party thing. Two of my friends already told me it is a waste of their time. I would much rather get a product to share and some coupons to participate with rather than a chance to win a single prize. Good luck keeping the momentum, I can certainly see this fading fast and it could have been so much better.

The AfterPartyTM is different from a House Party in the fact that there is not a party package and there is not a national party date. Rather, the AfterPartyTM is an extended continuous online consumer experience to keep you involved with the products you love. This party experience will include great insider info, tips, recipes, special offers and other prizes. When you are inviting your guests, you are not inviting them to one specific event, but rather to be a part of the experience, the AfterPartyTM.

When they first started this they promised exclusive offers and coupons only available to south beach after party participants. Plus a chance to win prizes and gift certificates.

Then you started the point system and leader board, but you took all the original leaders points away and started everyone at zero. What prize did you give those people before you took all there points away?

After reading the latest rules, there is 6 weekly prizes of VIP Host passes. 24 runner up prizes of 5 boxes (25bars) of south beach bars. One Grand Prize of thousand dollars.

So in a nutshell, 3 ways to accumulate points.

1) Invite people you know on-line to join your after party. (worth one point)

2) people you know, except invitation on-line. (one point)

3) Post and random photo or video. (one point)

someone viewing your photo or video, no points.

So are point given for a photo or video being viewed?

mb I was on the leader board before they took all of our points away and no we didn't get anything. well they said good job. and when I asked them about it they said they invited more people after the party started so they had to make it fair. well it wasn't fair for the leader board to have our points taken. some of the ladies quit the party because they were mad about it. I didn't quit because I am enjoying the products and have been losing the weight. and you used to be able to get a point for your pictures being viewed but they changed that too. I am waiting to hear that they changed the rules again. I happy but confused.

I wish that I could figure this party out. I feel so bad for tammy. she wasn't hurting anyone by posting pictures. I guess some people want to win so bad that they don't care about others. I know I have pictures on that I got from the web and I emailed houseparty and ask them to remove all of my pictures and I will start posting over. and make sure that all of my pictures come from my camera. The first two weeks of this party were so much fun and I learned so much!! I have been sticking to the south beach diet and loving it. Then I was confused by the change but I made it through and began to have fun again. now I don't know............... If they will take my pictures off for me to start over I will continue if not then I don't think so. Because a couple of nights ago the same person was commenting on my pictures being copied from the web and swearing about others complaining!!! But she deleted those comments a few hours later. Did anyone else see them? I emailed houseparty about it but she had them back off before they saw. Mark could you please let me know if there are pictures we can get from the web like south beach, exercising...etc.... or do they have to be pictures I have personally taken. I am sorry that I am confused but I am. thank you so much, robyn

all I can say is that this has been a complete failure. Not thought through by house party and an increadible dis-service to each of us as well as our guests and to Kraft as well.

i believe that this could still be a great party. I think houseparty should have the policy that if you want to complain or say something negative about another host or guest you should email houseparties' customer service. not post it on the message board or the host's page. the message board is to pertain to south beach just as some have said the pictures should. I am still not sure if my pictures are ones that qualify and would love to know I'd like to add more soon. This is just a suggestion that would keep the hosts having fun and learning while not getting stressed out because some host feel they can say things that I feel are inappropriate. And some host love to try to make up their own rules and get mad if you don't play my their rules. please give us a clear list of the type of pictures we may put on. thank you robyn

and if you could add more information from south beach and ideas about exercise more to great. with pictures and for different levels from beginner to advance. thanks :0)
