Changing my Application - Is it Possible?

Is there a way to change my application once I have applied for a party? The reason is that generally I apply for a HP and one of the questions will be - did you receive an email from the host sponsor, newsletter, etc. Most of the time I have already applied by the time the host responds. Example - I applied for the Land O Lakes party on Feb. 24. On March 1 I received the notice from LOL encouraging me to apply. If receiving multiple notices about the party is one of the reasons I may not be considered, I would like the chance to update the application for instances like this. What do you think?
