HP Scanjet 4890 doesnt scan to PDF anymore. All latest software updates have been applied (Scanjet and Adobe, Windows XP, etc) - all up to date as of May 1st 2008.
I'm trying to scan but I keep getting this error from the printer's little readout thing: No scan options. You need to install or run HP software for feature. The thing is, I've already reinstalled the software. It just keeps giving me this error. Can anyone help me? I'm using an HP 5510xi.
