Blank scree on Hp Dv 6500
I have a blank screen on my Hp Dv 6500 laptop. The quickplay button will still be lighting and the keypad light also but i will not be able to see anything. I have to restart my laptop in order to get anything to work. I have not installed anything different and have norton anti virus.

I work at HP (but not in the laptop group). When my laptop has a problem I call tech support. I suggest you do the same and ask the specialist what's wrong with your PC. BTW, even if you get connected to someone in India or elsewhere outside the US, those guys know their stuff.
