Design jet 100 blues.

I have a HP Design Jet printer. It is lying dead in my office for 2-3 years with no one to service the model. I purchased the printer from Chahal Computers, Faridabad, India and paid over $1000 to My Bisht and he has not done any justice to the printer because of which I am stranded incurring irreversible professional damages.

Though I know HP "boss" is busy impressing large corporations and not individuals I still have an iota of hope that HP will listen to my grievance and give me a time, date and place to get the printer repaired quickly.
