HP? DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY!!!
Here is the problem.

I bought a DV9335nr well after 3yrs a recall came up for the left hinge. After about a month of going round and round with their joke of a tech support. They said send it in. So I sent it in for repairs. Well after 4 days I get a call from HP saying there was water damage on the wifi card. Now I had taken the wifi card out because it failed. So I told the person how was this when I am holding the wifi card in my hand (I still have it)? he went quiet. Then put me on hold after 10mins he said he would have someone call me back. I said I want pics. He told me no problem. Well that was on a friday. Well monday came and another person called saying the same thing and couldn't show any pictures. So it was BS. I called 7 on your side in SF. Well about 3 days latter I got a call from HP saying laptop is fixed period. Well I get my computer back and it's a BRAN NEW COMPUTER.

Just watch out they like to say water damage on parts that are not there. So they don't have to fix the computer.
