Support for laptops is worst of its kind!

When I m feeling tough to increase the volume using the dedicated volume buttons on my HP Pavillion DV5200tx, I approached HP Service center (Hyderabad, India) for solution. They took almost 22 days to rectify it and gave me stupid reasons and misleading answers every time I call them. That even worst after I got the laptop.

Now the problem spread to the whole dedicated buttons (Power button, Quick launch buttons, Volume buttons). As an extra treat my laptop' top surface got few scratches too. And now I m out my warranty...

What an HP! Now I m sorry to my pals to whom I suggested HP. Now recommending Dell for every one who want a good laptop with excellent support.
