This Model Stinks!! No Wonder It Was Such A Great Price!!
My OfficeJet Pro J4580 suddenly stopped recognizing my black toner cartridge. I contacted Technical Support and went through a series of troubleshooting steps, including replacing the cartridge. I was advised by the rep I would get a return call in 30 minutes. It has been almost two days. I called today to follow up. The rep with whom I spoke wanted me to perform the same troubleshooting steps before she would replace the printer as the previous rep did not leave any notes! This is unacceptable.
