HTC device must resynch - losing all new data
Resynch issues with HTC - My HTC device must occasionlly resynch entirely with Outlook. This is utterly unacceptable - and makes my device totally useless/unreliable.
I’m livid.

Inappropriate?I am not part of HTC, but I am also a Kaiser user. I would suggest that you can find help at http://forum.xda-developers.com/forum... These folks are from all over the world and make a hobby out of improving the software and reliability of the HTC phones for fun.
There are amazingly talented people here writing world-class software, and it's all free.
