So the suspension date was reached for the following market: What will Conrad Black's first prison assignment be?

I have never noticed news sources covering such things like prison assignments and I'm not sure if this will be made public. Should this question be voided as 'cannot be settled'? Should it remain open? If anyone can help that would be great.

according to Weather Underground (the only site I found that had complete histories for Tuesday, and both Cambridge Bay, NU, Canada and Freeport, Bahamas
Cambridge bay low for Tuesday: -41 °F
Freeport high for Tuesday: 80 °F
Difference = 121°F
However the question was settled as 'yes' the difference was LESS than 110°F
I believe this should be overturned and it settled as 'no' the difference was not less, but MORE than 110°F
