Will someone please insert a rule which prevents users from creating questions with a suspend date of over 1 year

On the 30th of January a market regarding the movement of the Dow was settled with a cut off time before the market shut. In response to our users, we resolved this issue by readjusting the end time to what it should have been to start with.
