Greater settlement transparency: action histories with reasons now live

Hello Hubdubbers! We're happy to announce a new feature intended to make the settlement / suspension / voiding process more transparent. Admins are now able to give reasons for each action, and these are displayed as a historical audit trail under "Action history" at the bottom of the "Settlement details" tab on each question page.

We realize some of you have been frustrated in the past, not knowing why certain actions were taken. Hopefully this should help.
