I've noticed that I cannot cash-in on suspended questions, which I could do before. New rule?

Inappropriate?Hey Rohan, that is correct, you are not meant to be able to cash in on suspended questions. The fact that this was possible before was a bug. This rule is in the spirit of suspended questions - i.e. you should be clear on what position you are taking before the suspend date (e.g. the start of a sports match).
The full list of rules that we've been working on recently with users' help will be uploaded shortly.

Thanks for the reply.However, I feel that this gets a bit unfair in some questions. For example if the suspend date is three or four days before the actual outcome, then there is scope for a change of views. So, maybe you could let us cash-in during suspension time?
You could also try a small penalty(say 10%) for cash-ins
