Inappropriate?This happened to me too and I felt like an idiot. I flagged for review but nothing happened. It would be simple if you just had to review the question once more before it is posted like on other social network sites.

Inappropriate?I had this problem too on Saturday where I had given a guys nickname instead of his name and didn't know what to do afterwards so the question was naturally voided . This is becoming far too common.

Inappropriate?Why don't you allow users to void their own questions incase they have mistaken something??
Let users send you a request and you can see if the mistake is genuine and let the user void the question. -
