I'm asking for resettlement of the Cassini-Enceladus question

It's about the question http://www.hubdub.com/e/Market/Will_N...

It was settled as 'Yes' last Wednesday 11:50pm PST - a little bit earlier by me, because the data from the event were transferred from Saturn to Earth just in the same time and nothing positive was known.
Now, I found a news story at Reuters - 'Software "hiccup" undermines trip past Saturn moon' - http://www.reuters.com/article/scienc...
which says that there was a problem:
"A software malfunction prevented a key piece of equipment on the Cassini spacecraft from recording data as it flew through the plume from a geyser shooting off a moon of Saturn, NASA said late on Thursday.

NASA called the problem "an unexplained software hiccup" that came at a very bad time, preventing Cassini's Cosmic Dust Analyzer instrument from collecting data for about two hours as it flew over the surface of the moon Enceladus on Wednesday."

All in all, the result is that the main mission goal is not fulfilled.

Based on that, I ask for resettlement of the question and the answer "NO" be declared as the right one.
Thanks in advance.
