Suggestion: Settlement Request/Flag feedback.

Suggestion:
Have a choice for people to be emailed when a question they sent in a settlement request for is settled, or a question they sent in a flag for is edited.

Just an idea from some other online games I play, the players like to know that their work actually does something :D
