Changes to the homepage

I've been making a few tweaks to the layout of the homepage. All the same information is available as before, but I've changed the visual hierarchy. Where previously "New" and "Popular" items had equal prominence, I've now given the "Popular" items a wider container to highlight what's "hot" right now (and relegated popular tags to further down the page).

I've also updated the /popular page. Whereas previously it listed the all-time most popular items, it now lists the most popular items in the last week. The "older" and "newer" pagination links allow you to see popular items further back in time (and if you want to see a different time range, feel free to hack the query string).
