copyright / terms of use?
I don't want to sound like an old fart but the first thing that came to mind when seeing your site was how do you deal with copyright of linked audio files (which can be played on your site)? The site seems to act like Flickr with its sharing via tags, though obviously audio doesn't have to be created by the authors.
Though it's sad it's necessary some kind of statement on terms of use may be a good idea. The site's a great idea though & I hope it's a success :-)

Inappropriate?Yes, I probably should add a statement that copyright on the audio files remains with the originating site (which seems clear to me but probably needs to be stated). While I'm at it, I should add a word about what's done with your email address (nothing apart from when you need to reset your password).
