Can't watch videos as Hulu says I'm outside the US but I'm not!

I keep getting told I can't watch Hulu as I am outside the US but I am in Michigan. That's one problem. The other is that Hulu doesn't reply to my (three) requests for support on this in the past month.

Sorry about the lack of response to your support emails. Can you go to our page at www.hulu.com/support/geofilter_form and tell me what your IP address is? I'll forward it to our support team and have them examine the issue.

Help us out, man. Hulu was great, until it was gone one day. I live in Alabama, by the way.

Apart from the response from Jason's reply (above) I have still not heard from Hulu. I first reported my problem on April 2nd and it's now May 25th.

I live in Alabama and I have the same issue. I submitted the form on the hulu site several weeks ago and haven't received a response.
