Hulu Webpage Loading Issues

I have been experiencing some technical difficulties with Hulu for about the past two weeks now. I am able to Load Hulu only to a certain point and then it stops. Picture below shows where the loading stops.



If I do happen to click on one of the videos that appear on the screen I am redirected to a browser page that looks like the picture below.



I have attempted turning off all ad/pop up blockers, disabling virus protection software, emptying internet cache, enabling cookies from Hulu, creating an exception in any programs that block malware and adware, as well as lowering the restrictions on my firewall. Besides these things I have restarted the computer (several times by now) reinstalled flash player, and checked to make sure all windows and flash programs were up-to-date. I have also attempted to use IE which only comes back as a failure to load page. I am unsure of what other problems could be causing this.
