PlayOn cannot retrieve Hulu movie content
Hello,
I have installed the latest beta version of playon a night or two ago and it worked well streaming a hulu movie to a PS3. But at around after midnight the night before last it stopped streaming and has the playon software has been unable to stream any hulu movie content since. At this time the PS3 reports a DLNA error 2114 and from what I can tell in packet traces I see searches for selected movies going to r.hulu.com and results of "not found". Has the Hulu movie feature been disabled or are the akamai free of content? If I can successfully watch just one entire move via this service without issue then I will probably buy the app because it does look good and streams well. I am in North Carolina btw and wonder if the failure to stream hulu movies is a regional issue or if it is just broken for now?

Hulu currently only offers video for playback via our web site, hulu.com, as well as anywhere on the web that our Flash player is embedded, and a few other distribution sites which have most of our library. Because of this, I can only help you with using the Hulu service via the web. Please direct questions about PlayOn to the makers of that product.

Ooops!! I only noticed Hulu is not MediaMall until after I posted... Daah!! Thank you for your answer and thank you for supporting your Hulu service. I am pleased with Hulu and hope to see the service grow and grow. Thanks again. I am pleased with Hulu and hope those entities trying to work the channels you guys are establishing, for example MediaMall, get their act in order. Thank you again for your response!
