Sounds but no picture on videos
When I try and watch videos on Hulu I get the sound, but no picture. It worked perfect for months and all of a sudden it does not work.
I have disabled adblock software/plug ins, script blocking plug ins, uninstalling and reinstalling adobe flash, upgrading to the newest flash version, tried different browsers. No matter what I do I still cannot get picture on the videos. I hear talking, but the video is just black.

Try right clicking on the video, select Settings, and on the Display tab of the Flash settings popup toggle the checkbox for "Enable hardware acceleration". Then refresh the page, or restart your browser, and see if that helps. This has helped people in the past with similar issues.

This doesn't solve it at all. I'm on ps3 browser and can't see video on new episodes added in the last month or so. For instance episodes of American dad regardless of season play fine but recently added episodes play audio, but no video just a black square. The fox logo shows up, not like it matters, but no video. Also the "brought to you by..." part plays fine, it seems only the episode proper won't play right. -

We don't officially support the PS3 browser. The PS3 uses an older version of Flash, which cannot take advantage of the higher quality codecs that Hulu uses to get better-looking and sounding video on our web site.

Inappropriate?I am now having the same issue. I am running hulu feeds via Boxee on my Apple TV. When I attempt to load a feed, the video attempts to start, loads the sound but remains stuck on the hulu load screen. Please help!

Inappropriate?I also have a PS3, and many videos play perfectly fine. Some, however, display the same issues mentioned by the above posters:
Commercials play fine (video and audio)
Video APPEARS BLACK, but the FOX emblem appears in the bottom left corner. If I skip around the video, (to the next section) the commercial plays fine, but when the show resumes, it returns to black with the FOX emblem.
I too am experiencing the issue on American Dad, but have also seen it on Arested Development and many other shows. Strangely enough, in any case it ONLY happens with SOME episodes. Many others (more than half) play just fine!
Any light one could shed is much appreciated!
