There are many different itineraries available, depending on the day and time you want to travel.
Fortunately, Google Transit can help you figure them out.

Click through the three itineraries listed under "Suggested trips with upcoming departures" to compare all the options.
If you want to try planning other trips, you can go to www.google.com/transit and enter in your starting and ending location. Remember to include the cities in these locations (ie: 720 Wood Street, Eureka CA and Valley East, Arcata).
You can also access the trip planner from Humboldt County's transit websites, linked from www.hta.org.
