Inappropriate?Well, absolutely.
It may be feasible if instead of a dedicated SC player, to replace the Youtube tags with general "media" tags. Because then other objects could be embedded as well, like vimeo videos and whatnot. Especially, if it's hard to implement a dedicated SC player.
However, it could be possible to download the Soundcloud API and look through that to see if it's possible.
