How can I clear cache or correct display name in Outlook?

Your display name in Outlook is based on your PeopleSoft profile. The only way to change it is therefore to contact FH, and ask that your name as it was entered in PeopleSoft be changed (if you have a second name that you do not wish to appear for instance, it can be deleted). -
Inappropriate?Outlook displays suggestions for names and email addresses as you begin to type them. These suggestions are possible matches from a list of names and email addresses that you have typed before, known as the AutoComplete name list.
The problem comes in if you have typed a wrong address, the typo will remain in your cache until you delete it.
Every time you type the email address, the incorrect one appears in the AutoComplete list, and you will send the email message to an email account which does not exist (System Administrator: Undeliverable message).
To delete the wrong name or email address:
1. Start typing in the address that shows up incorrectly
2. Select the unwanted name or email address by using the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW key
3. Press the DELETE key
