From a kiosk or a colleauge's workstation, access Internet Explorer.

Type the address: https://selfservice.ifad.org/selfservice

Click the link: Account Locked or Password Forgotten?

Type your email address then click the button:

Unlock LAN Account

You will be prompted that your password was successfully unblocked.
Go back to your workstation and log in as normal.
