How to provide all staff with access to an xdesk Document Library?
How do I give access rights to all users to read my documents on //xdesk? I want to allow all staff to see documents in a Document Library?

Inappropriate?In the Document Library, click Settings then Document Library Settings.
Click Permissions for this document libary
When indicating the name of the staff, type the following to allow access for all IFAD staff:
allstaff
Then select the level of access you wish all staff to have (for example Read only)
Click Ok to accept the changes
