Not an airline, but a travel agency
iFlyGo bills itself as "Hawaii's Low Fare Airline" and claims to have "code sharing agreements" with airlines like Mesa and Island Air. It's not actually an airline at all, but rather an online travel agency, similar to Travelocity or Orbitz but specifically targeted to Hawaii. Although it's a very convenient way to find low-cost inter-island flights, once you make a booking you find yourself locked into a ticket with massive cancellation and change charges.
My complaint is not really with the way iFlyGo runs their travel agency, but rather that they present themselves as an airline. Also, iFlyGo appears to be a business name for Royal Adventure Travel - that's who my itinerary information came from after I booked the flight.
