ON MY NEW ONLINE SITEI AM UNABLE TO ORDER REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS AS THEIR IS NO HEADING TO CLICK ON TO AS THERE IS IN MY WIFE'S SITE.

Repeat prescription

There is no link to order repeat prescriptions. This is very unsatisfactory as the only way for me to order is to walk to the doctors and order it in person as they do not order repeat prescriptions over the phone.

Is it possible for my doctor to reply to any message I send?

I happen to know that at least one local surgery have been looking for a secure way to be able to have secure email conversations with its patients. Would this system make this possible?

I used to get an email confirmation of the meds that I had just ordered online from the old web site. I no longer get this from this site. I would like this facility.

Problems with logging in - I am using correct username and password. When I call the practice I am told there is no issue, and I must be using incorrect details (I am not). Very frustrating!
