Currently using the appointments on line service for prescription / repeats. Seems very good, and has worked ok. My only suggestion is that when you activate the send, the trandaction is instantaneous and dumps you back a screen. I think it would be better if you received an acknowkedgement / confirmation that the request had been received and would be dealt with. (William Fraser, 01/07/46, 1 Leazes Tce Hexham
