IKEA botched delivery - parts missing - no customer service
Ordered a L-shaped couch (Karlsberg). Took 2 weeks to arrive and came without the corner section, no legs, and no hardware. Also, no instructions which I have been told by IKEA they don't send because they're online. Before I discovered that the entire corner section was missing, I asked the IKEA customer support rep to ship the hardware and legs for 2 or 3 day delivery and was told that they will be sent UPS ground. Have since called back and told them that the corner section of the couch is missing and have not heard what they intend to do to correct the situation.

Inappropriate?The instructions for the Karlsberg are in with the covers. Rather than use Ikea I prefer to use someone who has experience with them to shop, collect and deliver - even assemble. There are still some businesses around that do do that, our local one is Idlikeaflatpack.com in Devon.
