Refund my money IKEA, i didnt even take the merchandise from the shop it ws too heavy and they wouldnt let me pick it up 2 days later
How the hell do i get my money refunded..i dont see why it has to take so long...5 days..no one will call me ack, now they tell me they cant do refunds on saturdays! i will not shop here again..I will be starting court action on monday because it should just take MINUTES to refund money.

Inappropriate?IKEA usually does not hold items so if you come back 2 days later, it is more than likely that they have returned the item back to stock and all you have to do is go to customer service (as they would have kept a record of your "hold") and they will give you back the product. I have never heard of anyone saying they can't return on Saturdays so my best suggestion would be to actually go to IKEA itself instead of dealing with people at the call centre. It does take awhile to get refunded for an item that you could not take home and was not willing to pay delivery for, and decided in the end not to keep. A regular no hassle return would require the products to be actually there. Good luck with this and always remember to keep your receipt!1 Comment

Hi thanks for that, well i have no intention of going back to this store...a 240 mile round trip?? It been 8 days now and i have called twice a day and been fobbed off with all kinds of excuses. Not one hone call has been returned, I a now going to the local paper and taking them to court, i hae told them that this morning. A refund takes minutes! So this company is just utter crap. Thanks again for your reply.
