    Meeting Invitations

How would you like the invitation phrased to your attendees?

If you've planned a few meetings recently with ikordo and also included yourself as an attendee (with a separate email address for testing purposes), you've probably noticed that we've been making some changes on the email that goes out to the folks you invite. If you haven't you may not even realize that ikordo writes your attendees a little bit differently than when it addresses you as the meeting planner.

We've been trying to find the best 'formula' to explain to your attendees the meeting information and how ikordo works. We've even been back and forth with a couple versions that are phrased from your (the organizer's) perspective vs. the ikordo point of view.

With recent additions of our "top tips" and more information for first time attendees, we've seen an improvement in the success rate of responses. Of course, we'd like to continue to improve the message. I'd really like to hear what you think, as well as your attendees, about the invite and any ideas to make the process even simpler to understand.

    Outlook Integration

We've just extended the availability of the ikordo integration with Outlook to our entire user-base. The add-in will allow you to plan a meeting using ikordo directly from your Outlook client, and the two biggest features are the ability to add attendees from your Outlook Contacts and to use your Calendar availability to give ikordo a 'head-start' as to when to find a good meeting time. Give it a try and share some thoughts on it!
