Gas meter
I have been using this site for one week. When registering my meter details gas was in cubic feet or meters.I just put down meters as Mine is in K.watt hours. According to results today I have used £17.06 in gas for week which is wrong. How can I get gas meter readings correct.?

Inappropriate? If you can face it, divide your readings by 11.1 then enter as cu m. If you can't face it just divide by 10, you won't be far out.

Inappropriate?Hi Irish, you are the first person we have found with their gas meter in kWh. I will let the web developer know as we have make some changes so hopefully we might be able to give this option to users. Thanks, Catherine

Inappropriate? This is being addressed in the development work and in future we will have the ability to add different types of meter. Users will also be able to enter individual tariffs to get a more accurate prediction of cost.
The advice given by Dave Headey is correct. Gas readings are converted to kWh by the system and so have to be entered in cu m or cu ft at the moment.

I phoned my supplier and it appears my readings are in cubic ft but charged in KWH. I understand this now. Thanks for reply.
